Top quality window and gutter cleaning using top quality equipment. We have used the services for both home and commercial at Rossendale Self Storage. As the saying goes "you get what you pay for" and what you get from Declan is a first class service. Declan is a great professional who just gets on with it and gets the work done to a very good standard. We like to keep our pricing simple and affordable.
For example, a Semi Detached 3 Bed property with a conservatory cleaned on a 4 weekly basis will cost £19.00
We will always send a text the day before we clean your windows.
We charge double the agreed 4 weekly charge for first deep clean on properties. One off deep cleans subject to quotation.

Terms & Conditions
All windows, frames, sills, and doors will be cleaned on each visit.
For regular cleans on a 4-weekly or 8-weekly basis, customers will receive a text message the day before the scheduled clean to ensure access can be provided to the rear of the property, if applicable. Please note: if a message is sent and access (e.g. gates) is not provided, full payment will still be due.
For health and safety reasons, the property must be free of any pet waste prior to the clean.
All windows and areas requiring cleaning must be fully accessible from the ground.
Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, or GoCardless, and should be made promptly.
If paying by bank transfer, a payment reminder will be sent via text. Repeated late payments may result in termination of the service.
A 24-hour satisfaction guarantee is provided—if you are not happy with your windows, they will be re-cleaned free of charge.
We accept no responsibility for water ingress due to faulty window frames, doors, etc. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any such issues before work begins.
